Naturpasset is suitable for those who want to experience nature in combination with exercise – walk, jog or orienteer at your own pace and enjoy the forest when it suits you. Naturpasset contains a start card, control descriptions and three maps with a total of 35 controls of varying difficulty.

Take as many controls as you want – whenever you want.

Fotopasset

Fotopasset consists of a map of central Örebro with several checkpoints and the same number of photos taken at the checkpoints. Your challenge is to match the correct photo with the correct checkpoint on the map, so that the images match reality. The orientation form is also accessible to those who use walking aids or wheelchairs and is a popular activity to share with others – not least with children or grandchildren.

You can buy Naturpasset and Fotopasset from May 1, 2026 to the end of September.

Before you start, there are a few details that we would like to remind you of:

What do you need to bring?

Put on comfortable and durable shoes and clothes. Bring a pen, map and start card. If you have a compass, it will be even more fun.

Do you want to learn the basics of orienteering? How it works

Do you want to learn more map symbols than those shown on the map folder? Map symbols

When you find a control, write the letter in the correct box on the start card.

Do you want to compete?

If you have at least 30 correct controls, you have the chance to win an encouraging prize from Almby IK.

Take a photo of your start card and email it by October 15 to info@almby.se,
or, if you prefer, drop the start card into the mailbox at Ljungstugan, Ljungvägen 16, 702 21 Örebro.
